Please be aware in dealing with mortgage agent Zulfi Zulfiqar Ali. He represents himself as though he is a direct employee of TD bank, RBC, CIBC etc. Infact he has been terminated by RBC in the past.

Are you serious because Zulfi did my and my uncle's mortgage and he got us a great rate. May be someone couldn't get low interest rate because they had very bad credit.
